The Junior Walk P.A.C.K. Effective Date: June 2026 Spring Hill, TN

1. What This Is

The Junior Walk P.A.C.K. is an informal neighborhood dog walking service operated by Tyler Fletcher, supervising parent in Spring Hill, TN. This is not a licensed business or company. By booking a walk or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

We offer neighborhood dog walks, adventure walks, and backyard hangout visits. All visits include basic care such as fresh water and feeding if requested. Services are available to neighbors in Chapman's Retreat and nearby walkable streets only.

3. Who We Are

The walkers are minors (under 13 years old). A supervising parent is available during every walk and handles all booking communications and payments. You are booking a neighbor kid service, not a professional pet care company.

4. Booking & Payment

Bookings are made through this website. Payment is collected via Stripe and processed by Tyler Fletcher on behalf of the P.A.C.K.

Card bookings: When you book with a card, your card is authorized (a hold is placed). We charge your card only when a walker approves your walk. If you cancel while your request is still pending, the hold is released and you are not charged.

Walk packs: You may purchase prepaid walk credits. Pack purchases are charged immediately. Credits apply automatically to eligible walks. Pack refunds are not automated — contact us and the supervising parent will process refunds in Stripe and adjust your credit balance manually if needed.

Weekly walks: Optional recurring weekly bookings use credits first, then your saved card. Same approval and cancellation rules apply. You can pause weekly walks from My walks.

5. Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. We understand things come up — just email us and we'll reschedule or refund. Last-minute cancellations (under 2 hours) may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Your Dog

By booking, you confirm that:

  • Your dog is up to date on vaccinations (rabies required)
  • Your dog has not shown aggression toward people or other dogs
  • Your dog is licensed per Williamson County requirements
  • You will provide a leash and any supplies needed for the walk

We reserve the right to cancel a booking or end a walk early if a dog's behavior puts the walkers or others at risk. You will not be charged if we end a walk for safety reasons.

7. Liability

We will take great care of your dog. That said, this is an informal neighborhood service run by kids. By booking with us, you understand and agree that:

  • The supervising parent and the walkers are not liable for injury, illness, escape, or loss of your pet beyond what results from gross negligence
  • You are responsible for ensuring your dog is safe to walk with others
  • You will provide emergency vet contact information at the time of booking

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

We may update these terms occasionally. The current version will always be on this page.
