What We Collect
When you book a walk, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your address (so we know where to show up)
- Your dog's name
- Emergency vet contact (name and phone)
- Optional notes about your dog
- Walk-update photos of your dog (after a completed walk)
- Email messages if you reply to us
Why We Collect It
We use your information only to:
- Confirm and fulfill your booking
- Send you walk updates and receipts
- Contact you if something comes up
- Validate that your address is in our service area
We do not use your information for marketing. We do not send newsletters. We don't sell your data.
Who Processes Your Data
We use trusted services to run the site:
- Stripe — payment processing (your card details go directly to Stripe; we never store them)
- Supabase — database and photo storage
- Resend — booking and walk emails
- Vercel — website hosting
- Mapbox — address validation only (temporary geocoding to check your address; we store the formatted address you provide, not Mapbox's raw response)
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you pay, your card information goes directly to Stripe — we never see or store it. You can read Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Data Storage
Your booking information is stored securely and used only for the purposes above. We hold onto it long enough to handle any follow-up. Email us at hello@updates.juniorwalkpack.xyz if you'd like your information deleted and we'll take care of it.
Kids & This Website
This website is operated by Tyler Fletcher, supervising parent, on behalf of the P.A.C.K. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. If you have questions about privacy, reach out via email.
