Service Agreement

By completing your booking, you agree to the following:

The Service

You are booking an informal neighborhood dog walking or pet visit from The Junior Walk P.A.C.K., a kid-run service in Spring Hill, TN operated by Tyler Fletcher, supervising parent. This is not a licensed pet care business. We serve Chapman's Retreat and nearby walkable streets only.

Your Dog

You confirm that your dog:

• Is current on rabies and other core vaccinations
• Has not shown aggression toward people or other dogs
• Is licensed per Williamson County requirements

You agree to have a leash and any necessary supplies ready at pickup. You agree to provide your emergency vet's contact information when booking.

Payment

When you book with a card, your card is authorized via Stripe (a hold is placed). We charge your card only when a walker approves your walk. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice are fully refundable. Cancellations under 2 hours before the scheduled walk may not be eligible for a refund. You can cancel online while your request is still pending — the hold will be released.

Walk packs: You may buy prepaid walk credits in bundles. Pack purchases are charged immediately (not held). Credits are applied automatically when you book an eligible walk — no card checkout needed while you have credits. Credits do not expire while we operate the service. Pack refunds are handled manually by the supervising parent (see Terms of Service).

Weekly walks: You may set up a standing weekly walk from your account. Each week we book the next walk for you using a walk credit when available, or a card hold on your saved payment method — same approval rules as a normal booking. You can pause weekly walks anytime from My walks.

Supervision & Safety

A supervising parent is available during all walks and handles all communications. If a walk needs to be ended early due to your dog's behavior or a safety concern, you will not be charged.

Limitation of Liability

You understand this is an informal service provided by minors under parental supervision. You agree not to hold the walkers, the supervising parent, or anyone associated with The Junior Walk P.A.C.K. liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to your dog arising from normal walking activities, except in cases of gross negligence.
